Assi Talmor Partner

Assi Talmor is a partner of the firm with extensive experience in Israeli and international corporate and commercial law, particularly cross border transactions, aviation finance and other asset backed financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Assi was born in Israel and is a member of the Israeli Bar and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (inactive). Assi has co-authored the Israeli chapters in the following aviation finance handbooks: “Getting the Deal Through: Aviation Finance and Leasing” (Law Business Research) (2017-2018), Aircraft Finance: Registration, Security and Enforcement (Sweet and Maxwell) (May 2010) and Aircraft Liens and Detention Rights (Sweet and Maxwell) (June 2009). Prior to joining the firm, Assi was a senior corporate associate at the Tel Aviv office of S. Friedman & Co., working in multidisciplinary areas of corporate and commercial law. Earlier, Assi was an articled clerk in the corporate department of a prominent Israeli law firm.
