Ella Gera Partner
Ella Gera is a founding partner of the firm with more than 30 years’ experience in law, politics and real estate. Ella works closely with the firm’s private and HNW clients, and real estate clients. Ella is experienced in property transactions, cross-border transactions, and corporate counseling. Ella currently serves as a board member of several companies and cultural institutions.
Ella was born in London and is a member of the Israeli Bar. Prior to founding the firm, Ella was a partner at an Israeli-based boutique property law firm and prior to that worked as a senior associate at the Tel-Aviv and London offices of Zellermayer, Pelossof and Co., focusing on cross-border finance, technology transfer and corporate counseling. In the 90’s Ella was the legal adviser to an international consortium of companies that bid for Israel’s first BOT project – the Cross-Israel Highway.
Ella served as the Executive Director of the Israel Women’s Network for the advancement of women’s rights (Israel’s leading women’s rights advocacy group) and in such capacity was involved in all aspects of lobbying and legal initiatives for the advancement of women. Earlier, Ella was the Deputy Mayor of Kfar Shmaryahu responsible for the education and tender committees, and other municipal matters.
Ella holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in economics from Hebrew University.
