The firm has an active commercial law and tender practice in which we handle a wide variety of commercial agreements. Our experience includes drafting and negotiating licensing, distribution, purchase, manufacturing, supply and other similar agreements; and advising on the relevant regulatory, property, contract, and licensing law issues. The firm has experience acting in a wide range of industrial sectors and in various geographic regions.

We have extensive experience in tenders, both public and private. Our experience spans a diverse range of fields, including tenders for automobile leasing, airport duty-free shops, light rail and rolling stock, aircraft and engines.
