All of the firm’s partners have significant M&A experience. Our focus on cross-border work and a select number of practice areas enables us to provide expert advice to international and domestic corporations.

In addition to working on M&A transactions as lead counsel, we regularly act as local counsel for major international law firms and purchasers on the Israeli aspects of cross-border or multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Our services include advice on the structuring and negotiation of transaction documents, due diligence, preparation of disclosure documents, governmental filings and various other matters required to consummate the target transaction.
